With dates available in the weeks of July 19-25 and July 26-August 01, participation costs €506 per week, with all activities, meals, and accommodation included.

Location of the Football Holiday Camp in the Center

The football holiday camp is located in Entroncamento, in central Portugal, near Tomar, at the Bonito Sports Complex.

Mornings begin with soccer training , technical sessions, and game drills, complemented by leisure time, such as activities in the pool.

After lunch, thematic sessions follow where the following is discussed:

During the afternoons, there's time for more football, but also for varied activities like traditional games, gel blaster, and another dip in the pool.

In the evening, with renewed energy, activities continue with technical drills , group games, field training, and plenty of fun, always under the supervision of an experienced and dedicated team.

A week balanced between sports training and personal development – all in a safe, fun and inspiring environment.

The program is always subject to changes due to external factors (unavailability of activities, weather conditions, travel delays, among others).

A few days before the start of the summer camps, the organization communicates the detailed weekly schedule, as well as the list of necessary materials.

The instructors can communicate with the participants in both Portuguese and English. Many of the participating children are able to help if communication problems arise, because they speak other languages and collaborate in translating and clarifying doubts.

Accommodation at the Football Holiday Camp in the Center

Included

At the football summer camp in Entroncamento, the athletes will sleep in dormitories at the facilities of CADE – Clube Amador de Desportos do Entroncamento (Entroncamento Amateur Sports Club ).

The dormitories have separate rooms for boys and girls, ensuring privacy and peaceful rest. During the night, one or two coaches stay with the athletes in a room next to the dormitories, so that they feel safe and supported, and know that they always have someone nearby if they need help or company.

Food

Included

All meals are included: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and supper. This will keep you full of energy! The meals are prepared by a specialized team and served at the CADE facilities.

Transportation

Participant's Responsibility

Check-in is on Sunday from 14:30 PM and check-out is on Saturday at 12:00 PM. Parents are responsible for the participants' arrival at the summer camp.

There is a transfer service available from Entroncamento train station to the campsite and vice versa. This service has an additional cost of €5.

Specialized Care

The Football Holiday Camp in Entroncamento is carefully planned to guarantee quality, individualized attention, and safety . With a limit of 30 athletes per week , the program ensures close and effective monitoring, making the experience truly personalized.

The team responsible includes:

Teaching staff :

Composed of: 4 trainers, 3 instructors, 4 monitors and certified speakers.
Responsible for leading all activities and accompanying participants throughout the day.

The monitoring ratio is 1 monitor for every 10 participants.

The training sessions are developed under the guidance of João Henriques , an international coach and football coach, ensuring a demanding technical and tactical program tailored to the development of each athlete.

The nutrition and refereeing training component is the responsibility of Pedro Henriques , a former referee, nutrition professor, and sports commentator, guaranteeing solid, up-to-date, and inspiring content.

Everything is designed to ensure your child receives the best possible care, with recognized professionals and a safe and motivating environment.

Additional information

Participants will have access to their mobile phones from dinnertime until bedtime. Family members can contact participants between 19:30 PM and 20:30 PM. Contact can be made directly with the participant or through the camp coordinator.

All members of the Entroncamento Football Holiday Camp receive training in basic healthcare. In more serious cases, athletes are referred to the nearest Health Center or Hospital. All medications, illnesses, or disabilities must be reported in advance so that the organization can anticipate all needs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Elite Sport Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy works as follows:

Up to 45 days before the camp: €70 fee; the remaining amount will be refunded.
Between 45 and 21 days prior: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Less than 20 days before or withdrawal during the camp: No refund.

In special situations, such as illness or death of a direct relative, the participant may receive a 50% refund. In the case of illness, a medical report proving the inability to attend the camp is required. In the case of the death of a close relative, adequate justification must be provided to receive the refund.

The summer camp will only take place each week if a minimum of 15 participants register. If this number is not reached, participants may choose to transfer their registration to another available week, receive a voucher valid for 1 year, or receive a full refund.

Are participants entitled to insurance?

Yes, everyone is entitled to insurance in the amounts and conditions defined by Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 304/2003, of December 9, and by Ordinance No. 629/2004 of June 12, issued by Elite Sport Camp.

On what day does the camp start and what are the arrival/departure times?

Elite Sport Camp's holiday camps start on Sunday and end the following Saturday. Check-in is at 14:30 pm on Sunday and check-out is at 12 pm on Saturday.

What items are not allowed?

Alcohol and drugs are not permitted. Any participant bringing these items will be immediately asked to leave the field, with no refund.

Is it possible to choose only 3, 4, or 5 days?

No. The football holiday camps in Entroncamento last 7 days, so it is not possible to book individual days. However, the athlete can leave the camp before its end whenever justified.

Is it possible to participate in the camp for two consecutive weeks if the camp rotations are one week each? If there is a day between the two weeks, can the athletes remain on site?

Yes. In these cases, the athletes remain with a team member.

How do reservations work?

The holiday camps are seven days long, so it's not possible to book individual days.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes. 10% discount for the second and subsequent athletes (when siblings).

What type of accommodation do they offer?

What documentation should I submit at reception?

An envelope with the participant's name and their ID card should be provided. If the participant is taking medication for any reason, this information should be included in the envelope along with the dosage being administered. You can also add any amount you wish for small expenses the participant may incur at the school-style bar at the summer camp.

How do phone contacts work during the week?

Participants who bring a cell phone must hand it in at the office and can call their parents or receive phone calls during the designated free times: After lunch (from 14:00 pm to 14:45 pm) and After dinner (from 21:45 pm to 20:20 pm). If the participant does not have a cell phone, they can contact the camp's landline or the camp's cell phone at the same time.

What does the price of the holiday camps include?

The price includes: Full stay with 5 meals a day, teaching staff, program and material for activities, insurance and medication assistance.

15. Who are the trainers and/or instructors?

Coaches, former first division referee, nutrition professor, sports mental coach, psychologists, military personnel, and trainers.

Is it possible to visit the facilities?

Yes, at any time. However, you can only visit the dormitories up to one day before the start of the summer camp.

What materials are needed for the field?

The materials list will be sent after registration confirmation and payment.

What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?

- Withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the course – Full refund - Withdrawal up to 15 days before the start of the course – Refund of 80% of the shift value - Withdrawal up to 05 days before the start of the course – There will be no right to any refund except if it is for health reasons.

What are the payment methods?

There are 3 payment methods: 1. MultiBanco: You will receive the reference in your email to make the transfer. 2. Bank Transfer: You will receive the IBAN in your email to make the transfer. 3. MBWay: You will receive the order on your mobile phone. NOTE: Once you receive the order, you will have 4 minutes to complete it.

Is there a laundry service in the countryside?

No. However, the t-shirts worn by the athletes are washed every day.
