With a program packed with physical activities, challenges, and workshops inspired by Olympic values ​​and spirit, this program is designed for children aged 6 to 14 and guarantees days full of energy, fun, and valuable learning. The activities will take place between July 6th and 31st, 2026, from Monday to Friday.

Because the Sports Holidays program in Jamor was designed to provide much more than just playtime — here, every activity has a purpose!

Organized by the Nuno Delgado School, this summer camp combines sports, themed workshops, and challenges that encourage children aged 6 to 14 to learn while having fun. The program includes games, training, group activities, and workshops inspired by the values ​​of the Olympic spirit, promoting ethics, respect, friendship, and sustainability. Everything takes place in a safe environment, with specialized supervision and a routine full of energy and learning, ideal for an active, educational, and memorable summer vacation.

Your children will have the opportunity to practice various sports and physical activities, such as judo, basketball, football, rugby, badminton, athletics, swimming, canoeing, archery, and stand-up paddleboarding. In addition to these, there are also other activities related to movement and well-being, such as water games, traditional games, mini-golf, and yoga, complemented by time spent at the beach and more educational activities throughout the weeks.

Timetable

Participant reception: 9:00-9:30

Departure: 17:30 PM - 18:00 PM;

There is the option of extending the morning and/or afternoon schedule.

Languages

The counselors at the Jamor Summer Camp are able to communicate with participants in both Portuguese and English. Furthermore, many of the participating children are able to help if communication problems arise, because they speak other languages ​​and collaborate in translating and clarifying doubts.

Sports Holiday Discounts in Jamor

• Brother = 10% (€193,50 per week)

In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given, except in cases of illness duly proven by a medical certificate; 

Students/members of the Nuno Delgado Judo School must register directly with the EJND.

Services not included

• Round-trip transportation to the summer camp.
• The regime for these holiday camps is no overnight stay.
• Extended hours:
  • 8:00-9:00 and 18:00-19:00 (morning or afternoon €7/day; Morning+Afternoon €14/day)
  • The cost of the extension is not covered by any type of discount.

Food

Lunch is included, and you should bring your own snacks.

What to bring to the Summer Camp in Jamor

Besides plenty of enthusiasm and joy, participants should bring:

• Sunscreen
• Backpack with straps
• Sports footwear and clothing
• Change your clothes if needed.
• Beach towel to place on the ground.
• Bottle of water

Additional information

At the time of registration, it is mandatory to provide:

• If the child has any dietary restrictions.
• If the student has any relevant medical condition or is taking medication
• That the student does not have any contagious diseases that could endanger the health of others.

Other information:

• The CFND will be held with a minimum of 13 participants.
• The activities will take place according to the presented program.
• The schedule and program may be subject to change due to weather conditions, external factors, or organizational and pedagogical decisions.
• In the event that an activity cannot take place due to external or weather-related reasons, EJND assumes no responsibility, but will attempt to replace it with an alternative activity.
• Whenever there are changes to the program or a need for specific materials, parents will be informed by the Coordinator via message or phone call.
