Summer holidays filled with sports and lots of style at various academies in Lisbon, at the Martial Arts Summer Camp. Fun and lots of energy!
In our summer martial arts bootcamps, children learn more than just combat techniques—they cultivate values such as confidence, discipline, and leadership. This summer school holiday program takes place in various areas of Lisbon: Restelo, Campo de Ourique, Parque das Nações, Campo Pequeno, and Cascais. Days full of challenges, outdoor activities, and lots of fun, during the weeks of June 29th to September 4th, 2026!
The bootcamps are for children aged 4 to 11 and are playful and dynamic, promoting ethics, friendship, sustainability, and respect.

Why participate in the Summer Martial Arts Camp in Lisbon?
All the activities in this bootcamp are designed to significantly contribute to the participants' growth. Throughout the program, teamwork is fostered, new friendships are created, and the physical, emotional, and social development of the children is promoted. Through healthy competition and memorable experiences, each moment is an opportunity to create valuable memories that will stay with the children for life.
Program
The most magical time of the year deserves special activities, and at STAT, little warriors will experience days full of martial arts, fun challenges, and team spirit! This summer, they've prepared unforgettable days to keep energy and, of course, fun high!
The day is divided into 3 parts:
1. Morning: Training
2. Lunch in a park near the gym.
3. Games and Activities – ranging from water games and arts and crafts to sharing activities.
The idea is to balance training with fun!
STAT believes that every child can discover a champion within themselves. Since 2008, their holiday bootcamps have taught Songahm Taekwondo and cultivated values such as confidence, discipline, and leadership. No prior experience is needed; the children enjoy a week of learning, playing, and growing!
Locations: Martial Arts Holiday Camps
Martial Arts bootcamps take place at the following locations:
CASCAIS: Fernão Lopes Street 103, 1st floor, 2750-663 Cascais
CAMPO DE OURIQUE: Silva Carvalho Street 60A, 1250-255 Lisbon
RESTELO: Praceta das Torres do Restelo 18A, 1400-006 Lisbon
PARK OF NATIONS: Rua Cais das Naus 4040 2C, 1990-303 Lisboa
CAMPO PEQUENO: Entrecampos Street 18 A, 1000-151, Lisbon
Dates and Times
The activities take place from Monday to Friday, between June 29th and September 4th, 2026.
Activities take place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 5 days a week. You can drop off the children from 9:00 AM onwards.
Languages
The monitors are able to communicate with participants in both Portuguese and English. Furthermore, many of the participating children are able to assist with communication difficulties because they speak other languages and can help with translation and clarification.
