Why participate in this holiday program in Braga?

This Football Holiday Camp in Braga is the perfect opportunity to fill a week or two of your long vacation with plenty of energy, sport, and fun.

With daily training, participants will hone their soccer skills, build endurance, and learn more about team spirit. And, of course, they'll make new friends and experience unforgettable moments.

Although the main focus is football, the program includes much more: late afternoons by the pool, extreme activities and moments of pure fun at the largest adventure park in the Iberian Peninsula, in Póvoa de Lanhoso, in northern Portugal.

The place

The Football Holiday Camp takes place at DiverLanhoso, in the heart of northern Portugal, in Póvoa de Lanhoso, Braga district.
With approximately 170 hectares of endless nature just steps from Peneda-Gerês National Park, the setting couldn't be more inspiring. Surrounded by green spaces, participants will be able to immerse themselves in a unique experience, in complete contact with nature.

Programme

Every morning will be filled with training and competition, where you can count on the guidance of a performance professional to help you maximize your performance. Then, after recharging your batteries with lunch, you'll experience a variety of activities and challenges that will test your audacity and courage. These include slides, suspension bridges, negative or pendulum jumps, maze mines, and competitive games... What will your kids' favorite activity be? We're curious.

These days are also pool days, with the exception of Friday. Because Friday afternoons are exclusively dedicated to final duels, a team tournament will be held. This will be a practice run for everything you've learned throughout the week. That's right, we don't want you to forget the purpose of participating.

There will also be nutritional monitoring throughout the week, so that energy is well applied and managed for all the effort this journey will require.

On top of all this, to help you stay focused and maximize your gains on Campus, every night will be a training night with qualified professionals (surprise!) who will provide new tools, advice, and knowledge to help you build your future.

In serious cases, DiverLanhoso reserves the right to send the participant home.
