Working Hours

Participants are welcomed on the first day, with check-in between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Departure is on the last day, after lunch, by 4:00 PM.

Parents and participants can contact each other daily between 19:00 PM and 20:30 PM. During this time, parents can speak directly with their children or, if they prefer, contact the camp coordinator. The coordinator's contact number will be shared before the program begins.

Languages

The monitors speak Portuguese and English, ensuring efficient communication with all participants.

Participation in SummerPolis, in Coimbra, is weekly, on a residential basis.

Prices include accommodations, full meals, and all activities. Transportation is optional.

This holiday camp offers a complex with different types of accommodation:

• 16 villas with capacity for up to 9 participants, all with private bathroom;
• 12 villas with capacity for 2 guests, also with private bathroom;
• Shared rooms for 4 to 9 children, organized by age group.

In addition to the accommodation areas, the space also has a main building, an adventure park, a sports center, a multipurpose hall, a camping area, a picnic area, and even a private river where several activities take place.

Food

Participants are entitled to five meals a day:

1. Breakfast;
2. Lunch;

Transportation

Transportation to the camp is the responsibility of parents or guardians. However, SummerPolis can organize transportation to and from the camp, depending on the number of participants.

Support at this 2025 summer holiday camp in Coimbra

Each group of participants has 24-hour monitoring by qualified monitors, with internal training.

The team responsible for the summer camp activities is professional, dynamic, and dedicated, ensuring that all processes are carried out safely and responsibly.

To ensure personalized attention, there is one monitor for every 6 participants aged 6 to 9 and one monitor for every 10 participants aged 10 to 17.

Additional Information

Parents and participants can contact each other from 19:00 PM to 20:30 PM daily. Participants can be contacted directly or through the camp coordinator, whose number will be provided before the camp begins.

If your children have dietary restrictions or medical recommendations, please inform us via the booking form so we can consider these needs.

It is recommended that participants do not bring valuables.

The organization's terms and conditions and regulations apply to Summerpolis in Coimbra. The Summer Camp acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for payments, administrative matters, or the operation of this camp.

Cancellation and refund policy

• Withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the course: refund of the full amount paid;
• Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the course: refund of 80% of the shift cost;
• Withdrawal up to 05 days before the start of the course: there will be no right to any refund, except if it is for health reasons.
