Specialized Care

• It is necessary to wear a t-shirt for land-based activities, as well as comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
• To enter the water, all participants and companions will be required to wear a life jacket.
• The use of any type of footwear on the inflatable is prohibited, and the use of socks is mandatory.
• The Park's activities are subject to their own safety regulations, which may limit access due to the participant's height, age, physical constitution and/or health conditions.
• All activities are carried out under the supervision and safety of monitors trained for this purpose.
• All safety rules for the activities and instructions given by the instructors must be respected and followed. The instructors reserve the right to refuse to conduct certain activities for safety reasons.
• Participants with recent injuries or those in the process of recovery must be properly identified in order to assess the feasibility of carrying out the program activities.
• Lagoa do Falcão is prepared to receive people with reduced mobility. Please contact us beforehand so we can understand what adaptations are necessary for the activities.
• The use of belts, necklaces, rings, glasses, watches, keys, metal objects, and any other type of object that may interfere with the activity and endanger the physical integrity of the participants is prohibited. Shorts may not have metal buttons on the back pockets.
• Lagoa do Falcão is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with safety regulations.
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed, nor are coolers or any other type of food.

Additional information

Check-in must be done 15 minutes before the start of activities, scheduled for 10:00 AM, in order to guarantee an organized and timely entry.

• Swim trunks or swimsuit
• Towel
• Flip-flops (for use outside of activities only)
• Swim trunks/swimsuit and pool towel (for programs with water activities)

Restrictions:

• It is not permitted to participate in activities while wearing flip-flops.
• Mobile phone use is not permitted during activities.
• Access to the park requires the purchase of a companion ticket or an activity ticket.
• Regarding personal belongings, it is not advisable to bring valuables, as the organization is not responsible for loss, damage, or disappearance of belongings.

As extras, non-slip socks may be required for some activities, and there is also the possibility of extended hours.
