Over seven days filled with energy and fun, participants in this summer camp enjoy a varied program that includes outdoor activities such as climbing, canoeing, archery, pedal karting, tubing, and sports games, as well as refreshing moments in the pool and adventures like slides, laser tag, escape rooms, and treasure hunts. There are also spaces for creativity and learning with workshops, treasure hunts, an educational farm, and a photobooth. The evenings are equally special, with contests, karaoke, themed parties, a disco, and even a gala ball.

Languages

The monitors are prepared to communicate with the participants in both Portuguese and English. Furthermore, many of the children participating in the camp speak other languages ​​and often collaborate whenever necessary, helping with translation and resolving doubts of classmates who do not speak the language fluently.

The registration fee and deposit payment vary throughout the year: in January it is €385, in February €395, in March €405, in April €415, in May €425, in June €435 and in July €445.

For registrations in January, the fees are:

There is a 10% discount for siblings, former participants, partners, and those with agreements.

The price does not include round-trip transportation to the holiday camp, which must be provided by those responsible.

Payment Conditions

At the time of registration, a deposit of 50 euros per participant is required. Subsequent payments must adhere to the agreed payment plan. The amount corresponding to the basic program package (accommodation + meals + activities as per the program + tourist entertainment insurance + booking fee) must be paid in full up to 10 days before the start date of the program. All programs are subject to confirmation of the booking for all services by the supplier. The organizing entity reserves the right to cancel any registration for which payment has not been made under the conditions mentioned above.

Accommodation at the Holiday Camp in Tomar

The dormitory accommodation consists of a set of renovated buildings adapted to receive participants of the holiday camps. Safety and comfort are guaranteed for your children and young people.

Food

This program operates on a full-board basis, guaranteeing five daily meals for all participants: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and supper. The menus are prepared by qualified professionals, ensuring a balanced diet suited to the needs of the young people.

Transportation

Transportation to the Holiday Camp must be provided by the guardian in his/her vehicle, both upon arrival and upon return home.

What do you need to bring to summer camp? Summer in Tomar?

Each participant should bring the following items to the Summer Camp: complete changes of clothes (t-shirt, shorts, underwear, socks), swimsuits, bath towel, beach towel, warm clothing (sweater and trousers), pairs of sneakers, a pair of flip-flops, toiletry kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, eyeglass elastic (for permanent use), comb or brush, 1 water bottle, 1 sleeping bag, 1 flashlight and sunscreen.

It is not advisable to bring valuables to the Summer Camp in Tomar. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, and the Youth Camp is not responsible for their loss or misplacement.

There is a "Bank" on site where participants can deposit and withdraw their money.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the client or any of their companions cancels the program (regardless of the reason), they will have to pay all charges resulting from the cancellation, plus a percentage that can reach up to 20% of the trip price. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date of the trip will incur 100% charges, with no refunds. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior, the client will have to pay a minimum of 50% of the program price.
