A Christmas program full of science experiments!

The Science4You Summer Camp in Lisbon is designed for children aged 6 to 12. It takes place in two locations – Parque das Nações and Loures – over 11 days of the Christmas school holidays. This is paradise for little scientists who prefer to swap screens and remote controls for a Christmas holiday full of magic and experiments!

Fun learning is the expression that best defines this summer camp! Learning science can be fun, especially through games that also work on concentration, memory, reasoning, learning, and social skills. Here's a different and very interesting holiday alternative!

Science4you's summer camps offer themed programs that combine science and fun. Activities include hands-on experiences such as making slime, unearthing fossils, exploring the world of dinosaurs, and conducting exciting chemistry experiments. These activities are designed to stimulate curiosity and interest in science in a playful way.

The Christmas holiday program at Science4you alternates between different days. The space is open from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and activities take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We ask that participants be picked up by 6:30 PM! After that time, a fee of €30 will be charged for each extra half hour.

This Christmas holiday, your children can learn while having fun with Science4you's activities and experiments. Let them become true scientists!

Natal Laboratory

Let's explore the science behind the imagery of Christmas and also conduct some of our most incredible experiments!

Gift Workshop

This Christmas, is it possible to give the gift of science? Come and discover how to create charming souvenirs through chemical reactions and wacky experiments.

Scientific Celebrations

Come celebrate the Christmas spirit with the Science4you team! We'll be making chocolates, launching a sleigh, and ending with a mega Christmas party!

Jurassic Laboratory

Come explore the world of Dinosaurs! On this trip, we'll explore volcanoes, fossils, and create a habitat for your own Dinosaur!

Viral Experiments

Have you ever seen a video on social media and wondered if the experiment was real or not? Come test these viral experiments and discover the truth behind this science.

Working Hours

Activities take place from 9:30 am to 17:00 pm, with the possibility of dropping off children from 8:30 am and picking them up until 18:30 pm, at no additional cost. After 18:30 pm, a fee of €30 will be applied, payable immediately, for each additional half hour.

Languages

Portuguese and English are the main languages ​​of communication at this scientific summer camp.

A 10% discount will be applied if you register two siblings.

Not included:

• All participants must bring a morning snack and an afternoon snack. Meals brought by participants must be properly labeled.
• Each participant must bring their own water bottle, morning and afternoon snacks, properly labeled. Science4You is not responsible for any personal belongings brought in.

Lunch

Lunch is included and consists of: Soup + Main course (alternating between meat and fish) + Fruit.

Transport

Transportation to the summer camp location is the responsibility of the parents.

Additional information

• If there are no more places available, you can register your children on the waiting list and wait to be contacted if there is availability!
• You must complete your registration within the deadline indicated in the confirmation email.
• Registration is confirmed after payment of the annual fee for the summer camp. Payment can be made via Multibanco reference, which will be sent after booking.
• If payment is not made within the indicated period, the registration will be automatically cancelled, and the spot will be made available to another participant.
• Parents or legal guardians of participants are responsible for providing truthful and necessary information for enrollment in the summer camp. To validate registration, the registration form, health card or vaccination record, and the signed regulations and liability waiver must be submitted. Documentation may be submitted digitally; originals are not required. Without all documents, registration will not be considered valid.
• In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount will be refunded if the request is made up to 48 business hours before the start of activities, 65% if it is made up to 24 business hours before, and there is no refund for cancellations made less than 24 business hours in advance.
