A technology-filled summer program for children and young people aged 9 to 16 in Oeiras.
This robotics summer camp takes place between June 29th and July 24th and is designed for young people aged 9 to 16 who love technology, creativity and hands-on challenges.
Over several themed weeks, participants have the opportunity to build, program, and test different projects related to robotics, automation, electronics, and sustainability, always in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment.
Each week presents a new technological challenge, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and learning through experimentation and practice.

This summer camp takes place at Técnico – Campus Oeiras, in Taguspark, a space dedicated to innovation and technology, ideal for weeks full of learning, creativity and challenges related to robotics.
Program
Each week the challenge is different, but the ultimate goal remains the same: to provide quality activities for a small part of the summer holidays for young people aged between 9 and 16.
Project X: Total Command
June 29 to July 3, 2026
Participants will build and program a robotic car remotely controlled via Wi-Fi, exploring electronics, programming, and communication between systems. The week concludes with a competition on an obstacle course.
Project X: Secret Code
6 the 10 July 2026
This week, the challenge involves creating a smart safe with sensors, alarms, and detection systems. In the end, the teams put their security systems to the test.
Project X: City of the Future
13 the 17 July 2026
Participants develop an interactive urban model with traffic lights, automatic lighting, and technological systems inspired by smart cities.
Project X: Living Energy
20 the 24 July 2026
A week dedicated to sustainability and solar robotics, where young people build a system capable of tracking light to maximize energy production.
Timetable
Activities take place from 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM, with the possibility of extension (9:00 AM to 18:00 PM).
Languages
At this scientific summer camp, Portuguese and English are the main languages of communication.
