The Summer Camp in Jamor invites the youngest participants to embark on a journey full of energy, discovery, and fun! With a dynamic and multidisciplinary program that combines sports, cultural, and recreational activities, this is an unmissable opportunity to learn new skills, create friendships, and live unforgettable experiences.

More than just a holiday camp, it's a space where values ​​such as solidarity, responsibility, respect, discipline, and friendship are cultivated—fundamental to the formation of future generations.

Programme

The program is balanced and designed to keep participants active and engaged throughout the day. It combines physical exercise with moments of tranquility and concentration, promoting not only fun, but also learning discipline, respect, and coexistence with colleagues.

The children will spend their days very busy with lots of physical activity, as well as quieter moments to learn to relax and concentrate — in an environment conducive to developing discipline and respect for their peers.

• Sports: Judo, martial arts, tennis, team and individual sports, mini-golf, dance, group and traditional games.
• Culture and leisure: Beach, water activities, tree climbing, museum visits, lectures on healthy eating.

The camp runs from 9:00 AM to 17:30 PM, with pick-up and drop-off at agreed-upon locations, perfect for a week full of energy and new learning experiences.

Working Hours

Participant reception: 9:00-9:15 AM and Departure: 17:00-17:30 PM.

Languages

The monitors are able to communicate with participants in both Portuguese and English. Furthermore, many of the participating children are able to assist with communication difficulties because they speak other languages ​​and can help with translation and clarification.

Food

Lunch and snacks are included in the Jamor holiday camp. The menu is prepared weekly and there are vegetarian options.

• Lunch: main course + salad + drink + fruit
• Afternoon snack: sandwich or fruit + drink
• Morning snack: you should bring it from home.
• Dietary restrictions: please inform us at the time of registration (medical certificate if necessary).

What should I bring to the summer camp in Jamor?

• Comfortable clothing (shorts, t-shirt, sneakers)
• Cap provided by the organization (mandatory use)
• Tree climbing: sneakers and practical clothing
• Beach: swimsuit, towel, flip-flops, SPF 50+ sunscreen
• The organization is not responsible for valuables.

Side Dishes

The organization of the summer camp is the responsibility of Bowgym. All activities are supervised by a [person/person]. coordinator + monitors:

• Monitors: according to legal ratio (1:6 for 6–10 year olds, 1:10 for 10–14 year olds)
