This summer camp has been around for many years and is a benchmark in Portugal! The International Summer Camp is a trip that promises 18 days of excitement, learning, and unforgettable stories.

In 2026, the European summer camp itinerary includes Paris, Milan, Zagreb, Monaco, Istanbul, Sofia, and Budapest, in addition to the Gardaland and Disneyland theme parks. Each destination offers a unique experience of discovery, culture, and fun.

Supervision at the International Summer Camp

The organizing entity has been running this type of holiday camp since 2010, with a teaching team consisting of a Coordinator with experience in the logistics and organization of holiday camps, directly supported by monitors with specific training as Sociocultural Monitors/Animators.

The team will consist of a variable number of monitors, depending on the number of participants, averaging one monitor for every 6-8 participants. The Summer Camp will also have support from local entities. If necessary, the team may also have a support monitor and/or a sub-coordinator.

Within the cities, the coordination team organizes the participants into small, pre-defined teams.

• Historic areas of Paris, Milan, Zagreb, Monaco, Istanbul, Sofia, and Budapest;
• Disneyland and Gardaland;
• Disneyland Paris Park, Visit to the Louvre Museum and Eiffel Tower;
• Sports activities;
• Beach in Leagi;
• Gala Dinner and Campfire;

Here, all activities reflect the spirit of a Traveling Summer Camp. Depending on external factors, such as weather conditions or local restrictions, the team will replace or add activities suitable for the group, always ensuring similarly impactful experiences.

The international summer camp will visit the cities of Paris, Milan, Zagreb, Monaco, Istanbul, Sofia and Budapest, and will also include stops at the spectacular Gardaland and Disneyland parks. 

Accommodation at the International Holiday Camp

Accommodation varies depending on the destination, including youth hostels, hotels, and campsites, all equipped to comfortably and safely accommodate the group. In all options, the organization ensures quality accommodation, always using locations that, in many cases, have hosted summer camps in previous years, thus maintaining a relationship of trust and excellent service.

Food

Participants will be entitled to four meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Supper.

Locations: Restaurants, cafeterias, or mobile lunch counters.

Meals focus on quality, variety, and balance. Participants can take part in preparing some meals, such as barbecues and picnics, with the team always ensuring everything goes smoothly.

The team always follows the guidelines of the nutritionist who is part of the organization, ensuring that the food matches the energy and pace of the summer camp.

Transport

Transportation between destinations is provided by bus/train exclusively for the Holiday Camp and by local transport in each city.

All of this logistics will be handled by the organization.

Documentation Requirements

There are specific documentation requirements for Serbia and Turkey: The international summer camp includes a stay in Serbia and Turkey, countries that are not part of the Schengen Area.

All participants of European nationality must possess a duly completed and authenticated exit authorization for minors — this document must be processed by the parent or guardian.

Entry into Serbia and Turkey requires only the presentation of a Citizen Card or a passport with at least six months of validity from the date of entry into each country.

It is the sole responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure that these requirements are met.

If the participant is not a European citizen, it may be necessary to apply for entry visas. In these cases, the organization can provide support through a visa management service, the cost of which will be determined by quotation, depending on the number of visas required for travel within the countries included in the itinerary.
