The holiday camp in Gaia, for children and young people aged 7 to 18, runs for two weeks during the Easter period, from Monday to Friday. If you want to offer a more immersive and complete holiday, you can add accommodation. It's truly as magical as it sounds, and places are limited!

The location of the Holiday Camp in Gaia
Quinta do Lombão in Lever is located in the middle of the forest, situated between two waterfalls, next to the river.
Rio: For most of the river, the depth is 1 meter and the soil is sandy, with pure, crystal-clear waters.
Waterfalls: The two waterfalls define the boundaries of the estate and ensure that the river level remains constant and clean. The waterfalls are safe because the height is low and watercraft cannot go over them. Late afternoons at the waterfall are unique, as the sun shines until the end of the day and tranquility is constant.
Forest: 4000m2 of pine, cedar, chestnut and cork oak forest make the forest an ideal place to be in contact with the purest nature. Ideal for a walk, for meditation or just to appreciate nature, the forest also has a slide for those who like adventure.
Programme
This holiday camp in Vila Nova de Gaia has a program full of extreme and water activities. The program will be similar to the one in 2025, which was this:
The "Typical" schedule by day is:
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast
- 9:30 AM: Extreme activities (e.g., paintball, treetop adventure course, or rock climbing & zip-lining)
- 12:00: lunch
- 14:00 PM: Workshops and Water Activities (SUP, kayaking, and games on the river and in the pool)
- 17:30 pm: Snack
- 18:00 PM: Rest
- 20:00 pm: Dinner
- 21:30 PM: Nighttime Activities, with Themed Parties, Bonfire, and Gala Night
- 22:30 PM: Dinner
- 23:00 PM: Curfew
Languages
The counselors at the Summer Camp in Gaia are able to communicate with participants in many languages, including Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, and Italian! Furthermore, many of the participating children are able to help if communication problems arise, because they speak other languages and collaborate in translating and clarifying doubts.

The participation fees for the Easter Holiday Camp in Gaia 2026 vary depending on whether or not you choose accommodation. Some prefer to sleep there and live every minute to have more stories to tell at school, while others like to return home every night. Payment Conditions
After registering, you will receive a pro forma invoice by email detailing the included services, their respective prices, and the IBAN for making a bank transfer within 10 days of the pro forma invoice date.
After sending proof of payment for the week at the holiday camp in Gaia, you will receive an email with the invoice/receipt. This document contains the contracted services with their respective prices and confirmation of registration with check-in and check-out dates.

Accommodation at the Holiday Camp in Gaia
Participants, distributed by age and gender, are accommodated in glamping tents with capacity for up to 5 people, with a single bed and private storage space.
Every day, the maintenance team tidies and cleans the tents.
All facilities and equipment are certified by the relevant authorities and are of high quality.
Food
Meals at the Gaia Holiday Camp are prepared on-site. The daily menu is created by nutrition professionals and always includes a vegetarian option!
For participants in the holiday camp with accommodation included, the meals provided include Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner and Supper.
Meals are included for participants without accommodation: Lunch and a snack.
Transportation
Transportation to the holiday camp in Gaia is the responsibility of the participants.
There are transfer options from Porto airport or from the São Bento or Campanhã train stations to the holiday camp location, costing €80 per person.

Side Dishes
The holiday camp in Gaia is organized and run by Natura Eventos, with one monitor for every 6 participants, who accompanies them 24 hours a day.
Safety is always a priority at the holiday camp in Vila Nova de Gaia, which is very strict regarding all regulations established by law. There is a medical post with immediate first aid equipment and a vehicle, available 24 hours a day.

Contact the ParticipantsParents can contact participants whenever they wish via their mobile phones, preferably at the end of the day. The use of mobile devices is discouraged during activities, and participants are solely responsible for their own devices.
Zones within the venue
River and PoolAccess to the river is only permitted in designated areas and always with life jackets. Most of the river has sandy soil and an average water depth of 1,10m. Staying in and swimming in the river is only allowed in specific areas. In the pool, access is only permitted with supervision from instructors.
Parkland: can be freely accessed (social area, glamping, rest areas, connecting paths).
Yellow zonesThey can attend with permission from the monitors (Soccer field, volleyball court).
Red ZonesThese areas can only be visited under the supervision of monitors (Forest, swimming pool, river and banks, access road to Quinta do Lombão, technical area, tree climbing, slide, rock climbing, target shooting, paintball).
