Vacation for aspiring entrepreneurs - "When I grow up - The world of business"

AIP's holiday workshops in July are designed for young people aged 8 to 14 with an entrepreneurial spirit. A unique opportunity to learn and create!

Does your child dream of creating their own company and presenting it to the world? At the AIP holiday workshops, taking place from July 6th to 10th in Lisbon, young people aged 8 to 14 will be able to experience what it's like to be true entrepreneurs for a week!

This is a unique opportunity to unleash creativity, learn about the business world, and work as a team. In this program specially adapted to this age group, participants will develop a business idea in groups, from the initial phase to the final presentation. Over five days, they will explore topics such as team building, defining roles, departmental structure, marketing, sales, financial planning, and partnerships.

A fun and educational way to approach topics that are normally reserved for adults — but here, young people are in charge!

Program

The holiday workshop “When I Grow Up – The World of Business”, promoted by AIP in Lisbon, offers a dynamic, fun and educational weekly program, with the direct involvement of professionals from the association.

Designed for young people aged 8 to 14, this program aims to inspire the entrepreneurs of the future through activities that:

• They promote active and creative learning about how a company works;

• They encourage attitudes such as autonomy, initiative, risk-taking, innovation, creativity, teamwork, responsibility, and civic awareness;

• They strengthen the connection between young people and the business world and other organizations;

• They introduce concepts of globalization and a broader worldview.

Throughout the week, participants will face challenges, develop skills, and have direct contact with experienced entrepreneurs and professionals. The experience culminates with the presentation of final projects to an audience composed of AIP employees, family, friends, and guardians.

An intense week of discovery, collaboration, and lots of inspiration!

Working Hours

From 09:30 AM to 17:30 PM (reception begins at 8:30 AM and in the afternoon young people can stay until 18:00 PM).
