A week full of sports, friendships and adventure for the youngest in Vila Franca de Xira. From June 29th to July 17th!
This summer camp will be full of activity and fun! Organized by the Vila Franca de Xira Sports Union (UDV), it's a summer camp packed with activities for children, including sports such as basketball, football, futsal, sailing, canoeing, karate, aikido, roller hockey, figure skating, and gymnastics.
The program includes snacks, lunch, insurance, and 2 t-shirts.

Dates and Availability for Sports Holidays in Vila Franca de Xira – Summer 2026
The activities take place across three shifts:
1st Round: June 29th to July 3th
2st Round: July 6th to July 10th
3st Round: July 13th to July 17th
Each shift lasts one week. Participants are received from 8:30 am and delivered at 18:30 pm.
Registration closes on the Thursday before the start of each week of activities.

The organization also hosts a Presentation Gala on the last day of each shift, where the young participants can show what they have learned throughout the week: a special moment for families and participants!

The holiday camp operates from 8:30 pm - 18:30 pm.
Languages
The counselors at the Holiday Camp in Vila Franca de Xira are able to communicate with participants in both Portuguese and English. Furthermore, many of the participating children are able to help if communication problems arise, as they speak other languages and can assist with translation and clarifying doubts.
