• Duration: 5 days (Monday to Friday), with full hours from 09:30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. It is also possible to take courses only in the morning or only in the afternoon;

• Certificate: all participants receive a certificate of participation at the end of the week;

Cancellation and refund policy

• Withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the course: refund of the full amount paid;
• Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the course: refund of 80% of the shift cost;
• Withdrawal up to 05 days before the start of the course: there will be no right to any refund, except if it is for health reasons.
